With twenty years of working in the entertainment
industry, Natalie has mastered the art of working behind
the scenes and getting things done. Her ability to put
together production puzzle pieces has earned her praise
and respect in Hollywood. She is detailed oriented,
organized and able to multi-task in fast-paced
environments with short deadlines.
In the mid 90’s she started Ne’j Productions and started
casting and producing theatrical shows. Her networking
and development of value-oriented relationships in the
industry were critical to her success in building her
business. Under her direction, the company successfully
produced several shows, including In the Wine Time by
Ed Bullins, The Shaggy Wolfman, The West Coast Night
at the Apollo and the The Southbay Comedy Jam.
Based on the success of her production company she expanded her talents to personal
management and Ne’j Management was born. The constant search for knowledge and learning
is what makes her successful. She is a self-starter and adapts quickly to new information and
changing environments.
Not satisfied with just personal management she continued to learn all facets of the business
and started 2 Guys Casting and was known for supplying minority actors for film and television.
Additionally, she worked in the theatrical and commercial departments at Cavaleri & Associates
Talent Literary Agency. In Hollywood Natalie is the “go to girl” for last minute rush calls.
Natalie is well versed in the business of entertainment particularly as it relates to contract and
labor negotiations. She has valuable work experience as a Workers Compensation Manager for
NBC Universal.
Natalie’s creative production experience and entertainment business experience is a
combination that continues to serve her well in the industry. Her determination, integrity and
experience are a valuable resource and critical part of any successful entertainment venture.
Natalie is currently working on a documentary on her older brother Sir Keith Holman titled:
“Woven” the Documentary.
