Incumbent wrote, produced and directed five nationally syndicated, one-hour documentaries

entitled; “Heroes: A Triumph of Spirit!” Incumbent was responsible for the overall coordination,

development, and implementation of all projects released by Eye-On-U productions. “Heroes”

was hosted by Blair Underwood, Marla Gibbs, Vanessa Bell Calloway.

In addition to my broadcasting background, I am the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and

Certified Senior Court Video Specialist with Digital Evidence Legal Video Services Inc., a full-

service legal video and litigation support firm specializing in audio and visual evidence solutions.

Prior to founding Digital Evidence, I was employed as a television cameraman, film and

videotape editor, remote broadcast technician, television producer and director from 1976 to

2006.

For 30 distinguished years, I filmed, videotaped and edited news stories, produced and directed

award-winning documentaries, and high-profile investigative segments for ABC, NBC, CBS,

FOX, WB Television Networks, and their affiliates.

I am the recipient of 2 Golden Mic Awards, presented by the Radio and Television News

Association of Southern California. As a Director of Photography with the Fox Television

Network, I was nominated for an Emmy Award in the category of “Best Videography on a

Breaking News Story.” Throughout my television career, broadcast industry administrators

repeatedly cited me for providing superior services as a cameraman, and editor.

During my tenure with the powerhouse ABC-TV owned-and-operated television station KABC-

TV in Hollywood, California, my exemplary camera work helped the network win an Emmy

Award. I have worked on plaintiff and defense cases during civil litigation and criminal matters

nationwide since 2001.
