Forty years ago this month S. Pearl Sharp/ Togetherness Prod. published the 1980 Directory of Black Film/TV Technicians and Artists, West Coast to make it easier for Hollywood to hire Blacks working behind the camera. The skills of almost 500 craft persons were listed with their credits, training, agent and union.
